RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tracey McCoy be appointed to said board, to
replace Reginald Mayes as the Police Zone 1 representative, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Jason Goodale, Fire Zone C representative, be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tracey McCoy to said board, with a
term to expire December 31, 2007, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jason Goodale,with a term to expire
December 31, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Tracey McCoy be,and hereby is,appointed to the Regional Communications
Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Jason Goodale be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Regional Communications
Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2007.
