WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the request of Colorado Landfill, Inc. for an exemption from the defi- nitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Colorado Landfill, Inc. is the owner of a certain parcel of land located in Part of Section 29, T1N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and 3 ere WHEREAS, Colorado Landfill, Inc. desires to transfer two tracts of land, 2. 033 acres and 7. 092 acres in size, to the adja- fl cent landowner, and WHEREAS, no new parcels are being created, but this exemption will merely change the existing boundary lines between the two w` properties involved, said parcels being more particulary described o as follows: Parcel A A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 29, Town- '`- ship 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado being more particularly described c as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of the coo Northeast Quarter (NEa) of said Section 29 and considering the south line of said Northeast Quarter (NEa) as bearing South 89°24 ' 12" East, with all other i:Q LL bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence South 89°24 ' 12" East along said south line, a distance of 479. 08 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing South 89°24 ' 12" East along said South line, a distance of 835. 00 feet to the South- east Corner of the West Half (W') of the Northeast Quarter (NEa) ; 820772 Page 2 RE: SE NO. 170 - COLORADO LANDFILL, INC. Pratt is willing to lease adjacent land to Colorado Landfill, Inc. for the consideration of the transfer to Pratt of Tracts "A" and "B". Colorado Landfill, Inc. is willing to convey Tracts A and B as a consideration for the lease.
