RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 577 - CHARLES AND LOLA NUSSBAUM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 7th day of April, 1982, considered the request
of Charles and Lola Nussbaum for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the NW6, Section 26 , T11N, R62W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Charles
and Lola Nussbaum for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
April, A.D. , 1982.

ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
