Adler Estates does not border County Road 26. I remember this issue came up at the hearing in August. Also, FYI Esther is out on vacation and will not be back until the day of the hearing. I am still waiting to hear from the applicants as to whether they wish to proceed. Planning staff has given them the option of proceeding as a conceptual change of zone at the October 19 hearing. If they wish to proceed as a specific change of zone, the case will be brought back to be heard by the Planning Commission.
