HomeMy WebLinkAbout800015.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN OIL AND GAS TRANSFER ORDER CONCERNING PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 19 , TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLO- RADO. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a Warranty Deed was executed by Weld County, Colo- rado transferring certain parcels of land to Robert V. Frank, said parcels being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company has requested that Weld County, Colorado execute an Oil and Gas Transfer Order concern- ing said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Oil and Gas Transfer Order concerning the property described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference .
