RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION
CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that alternate Tracey McCoy be reassigned as a
regular member to said board,to replace Susan Bjorland,with a term to expire March 4,2007,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that alternate James Whiting be reassigned as a
regular member, to replace Barbara Rodgers, with a term to expire March 4, 2008, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Jeremy Casillas be appointed to said board as
an alternate member to replace James Whiting, and that Stacey Campbell be appointed to said
board as an alternate member to replace Tracey McCoy, with terms to expire March 4, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that alternate Tracey McCoy be,and hereby is,reassigned to the Child Protection
Citizen Review Panel, as a regular member, with a term to expire March 4, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that alternate James Whiting be, and hereby
is, reassigned to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel as a regular member, with a term to
expire March 4, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Jeremy Casillas and Stacey Campbell be,
and hereby are,appointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel as alternate members,with
terms to expire March 4, 2008.
