RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN LIFE INSURANCE
COMPANY OF COLORADO AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 to Rocky Mountain Life Insurance
Company of Colorado has been presented to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for approval, said amend-
ment being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS , said Amendment No. 3 will be effective August 1,
1982 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
amendment and deems it advisable to approve the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Amendment No. 3 to the
Rocky Mountain Life Insurance Company of Colorado be, and hereby
is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said Amendment No. 3.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
July, 1982 .

AMENDMENT NUMBER 3
TO
WELD COUNTY
The Accidental Death, Dismemberment and Loss of Sight Supplementary
Contract is hereby amended effective August 1 , 1982 as follows :
Article I--Limitations :
Provision E is deleted and replaced with the following:
E. Travel or flight in any aircraft while a member of the
crew thereof; or while engaged in any way in the operation
of the aircraft, or while giving or receiving any kind
of training or instruction. This limitation does not
apply to any Sheriff' s Deputy or Paramedic while a member
of the crew engaged in the operation of an aircraft on
official county business.
