The department of Planning Services would like to request the following changes to the Staff comments.

• Weld County Zoning Compliance, referral received December 1, 2004
• Weld County Department of Public Works, referral received January 5, 2005
• Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, referral received December
20, 2004
• Larimer County, referral received January 24, 2005
The Department of Planning Services' staff has not received responses from the following
agency:
Town of Severance
Larimor County
• Weld County School District RE-4
• Cactus Hill /North Poudre Irrigation Company
• North Weld County Water District
• Poudre Valley Fire Protection District
• State of Colorado Division of Wildlife

Section 24-3-60.1.1 -- Compliance with Chapters 23 and 24 of the Weld County Code, the zone
district in which the proposed use is located, and any adopted intergovernmental agreements or
master plans of affected municipalities. The proposed site does not lie within the Urban Growth
Boundary or Intergovernmental Agreement Area for any municipality. The site is within the three
mile referral area for the Town of Severance and Larimer County. No comments wcro was
received from the Town of Severance and Larimor County. Larimer County in their referral
dated January 24, 2005 state that they have reviewed the request and find no conflict with
their interests.
