According to your notice, our land will be within 500 feet of the facility. Our property has been in the family for more than 80 years. As the sole survivors, my sister, Vincenza Garr and myself, Genevieve Pritchard, have our land for sale at this time. I am 80 years old and my sister is 78 years old. It is our desire to sell the property and provide our children with the income received. This is our inheritance to them. r My sister and I have three children who are realtors. We currently have an offer on this land, but because of Waste Management Disposal's future plans for that area, the buyers have decided to withdraw the contract. Our family's realtors have advised us to oppose this plan because of the detrimental impact and devaluation of our land. Please file this letter as a protest on Waste Management Disposal's future plans. Also, please call me if you have further questions or information on this situation. Thank you. Sincerely yours, ate Genevieve Pritchard 4411 S. Would you address this at todays PC Hearing? They are: 1. In the event the septic system(s) requires a design capacity of over 2,000 gallons of sewage per day the applicants shall provide evidence that all requirements of the Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (specifically Policies WQSA-6 and WQSA-8 ) have been satisfied.
