RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN BILL OF SALE CONCERNING
THE BARBER GREEN ASPHALT PLANT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 1980 , the Board of County
Commissioners declared the Barber Green Asphalt Plant to be
surplus property, and
WHEREAS, on September 17 , 1980 , the Board of County Commis-
sioners accepted the bid of $77 ,500. 00 from Rocky Mountain
Leasing Company for said asphalt plant, and
WHEREAS, a Bill of Sale has been prepared selling the Barber
Green Asphalt Plant to Rocky Mountain Leasing Company, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign said Bill of Sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board
be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Bill of Sale concerning
the Barber Green Asphalt Plant.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
October, A.D. , 1980.

BILL OF SALE
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
Seller, in consideration of the sum of SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($77 , 500. 00) paid by Rocky Mountain Equip-
ment Leasing, P. O. Box 448, Greeley, Colorado, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do grant, sell, transfer and deliver to
buyers the following described property:
One Barber Green 130 ton capacity per hour
asphalt plant, Serial No. 847 .
Seller warrants that it is the lawful owner of the property
and that the property is free and clear from all encumbrances.
Seller has good right to sell the asphalt plant and Seller will
warrant and defend the right to sell against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this Bill of Sale
at Greeley, Colorado on October 29th , 1980 .
