In October 1959 , due to a school re-organization law passed by the Colorado Legislature , additional School Districts were consolidated with Fort Lupton Public Schools to form Fort Lupton School District Re-8. The Districts re-organized in 1959 were : District #31 - Ione District #104 - Vollmar District #100 - Porter District #8 - Fort Lupton District #23 - Independence District #19 - Wattenberg District #102 - Pleasant Valley District #43 - Mountain View Following re-organization Mountain View School became part of Fort Lupton Schools . At this time I was the business manager of the re-organized school organization (Fort Lupton School District Re-8 ) with the title of Coordinator of Schools and I remained with Fort Lupton Schools unitl September 1 , 1979 . With the re-organization , :Fort Lupton School assumed operation of the Mountain View School with the understanding the entire site , with both school and bus garage as part of the School District property. The area as identified on the plot survey done by Cecil Crowe correctly identifies the school property as I understood it to exist . This property has been fenced as a single plot prior to 1959 .
