This letter is to confirm our conversation on Wednesday June 1, 2005 regarding Nextel
Communications site modification at 26035 Weld County Road 25, Weld County, CO.
Legal description is part of the SE4 of Section 24, TSN, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado. (USR-657)
Nextel Communications modification will include the swapping out of nine (9) existing
four-foot (4') antennas with nine (9) new six-foot (6') antennas. The existing tower is
—295' tall. Nextel Communications current antennas are at 248' and the replacement
antennas will be mounted at the same height.
Per our conversation this modification will not require any additional zoning permits.
This will, however, require a building permit. To confirm this determination would you
please sign and date this letter and return it to me at the address below for NEXTEL'S
records.
