RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Beierbach be appointed to said board, to
replace Phyllis Rangel, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Don Beierbach to said board, with a
term to expire January 31, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Don Beierbach be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging
Advisory Board, with a term to expire January 31, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of January, A.D., 2005.
