HomeMy WebLinkAbout20051539.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1495 FOR A BUSINESS PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT OR ACCESSORY USE IN THE COMMERCIAL ZONE DISTRICT (LANDSCAPE MATERIALS YARD) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - MARCELLE GEUDNER, C/O JESS ARAGON WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 16th day of February,2005, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Marcelle Geudner,7454 South Depew Street, Littleton,Colorado 80128,do Jess Aragon, 1001 East Harmony Road #192, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1495 for a Business Permitted as a Use by Right or Accessory Use in the Commercial Zone District (landscape materials yard) in the A (Agricultural)Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the NE1/4 of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, said applicant was present at said hearing, and WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to May 18, 2005, for the purpose of setting a new hearing date if the pending court litigation regarding the access road has been resolved, and WHEREAS,on May 18,2005,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present concerning setting the hearing date and, having been fully informed, finds that this matter shall be set for hearing on October 19, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of Marcelle Geudner, c/o Jess Aragon, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1495 for a Business Permitted as a Use by Right or Accessory Use in the Commercial Zone District (landscaping materials yard) in the A(Agricultural)Zone District on the parcel of land described above be,and hereby is,set for hearing on October 19, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. 2005-1539 PL1684 (r' , /0Cv; //t(LT) 7 kr CS 1OS- SET HEARING DATE FOR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1495-MARCELLE GEUDNER, C/O JESS ARAGON PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D., 2005.
