The Weld County Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
December 21, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. for the
purpose of considering a Service Plan for
Sanitation Metropolitan District for the
property described below. Approval of the
request may create a vested property right
pursuant to Colorado Law.

of CR 40; east of 1-25.
The public hearing will be held in the
Hearing Room, Weld County Planning
Department, 4209 CR 24.5, Longmont,
Colorado. Comments or objections
related to the above request should be
submitted in writing to the Weld County
Department of Planning, 918 10th Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, before the
above date or presented at the public
hearing on December 21, 2004.

for public inspection in the Department of
Planning Services, 918 10th Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631. Please call

NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE
WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there were filed, according to the
provisions of the Weld County Home Rule Charter whereby the Clerk to the Board performs
those functions relevant to Board of County Commissioner records and actions, which are
normally performed by the Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, a Service Plan and related
documents for the proposed East I-25 Sanitation District ("District"). The Service Plan and
related documents are now on file in the office of the Clerk to the Board, and are available
for public inspection.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that by Order of the Board of County
Commissioners a public hearing on the Service Plan and related documents will be held in
the Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room, 915 10`h Street, Greeley, Colorado, at -
9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2005.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the adequacy of the Service Plan
and to form a basis for adopting a Resolution approving, conditionally approving, or
disapproving the Service Plan.
The proposed District is located within Weld County and is generally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto.
In accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S., the
owner of any real property within the proposed District may submit to the Board of
County Commissioners no later than ten days prior to the date of hearing, a request that
such property be excluded from the proposed District.

NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE
WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR CONSIDERATION OF
THE SERVICE PLAN FOR THE
EAST I-25 SANITATION DISTRICT
Dear Property Owner:
This letter is to notify you that a public hearing before the Weld County
Commissioners to consider the Service Plan for the organization of the East I-25 Sanitation
District has been scheduled as follows:
Hearing Date: Monday, February 14, 2005
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Location: Commissioners Hearing Room
915 10th Street
Greeley, Colorado
A copy of the Service Plan for the East I-25 Sanitation District is currently on file at
the Weld County Clerk's office.
The Service Plan provides for the total general operating and debt service mill levies
of not more than 20 mills. Under Colorado law, the mill levy cannot be initiated or
increased without voter approval.
Those persons owning property within the proposed District who wish to be excluded
from the District may file a request for exclusion with the Board of County Commissioners,
at the above-referenced address, no later than ten days prior to the hearing, pursuant to
Section 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S.
