RE;Request for permit 1517 for Land treatment facillity in Agricultural zone district.
This is right across the road from my drive and house. They have piles of dirt
there now that has been there for a year. I wrote a letter in August 2005
stating that I dont want more of the dirt pile there. The trucks that haul it in
run up and down the road seeing how past they can go, some not sloping at
stop sign just slow up. I have the oil company and all the traffic on the corner
of rd 49 8 461 dont think that we need more of the traffic on the road if they
have this land treatment facility.
In August when we talked to the oil company on the corner to see what
they was doing when I receive letter from you saying they wanted this land
treatment facility, and was told that they also wanted to build a office building
across the road. I just dont think I need two oil company across the my house.
