the cancellation and release of collateral, as referenced above. The original Letter of Credit was
inadvertently shredded by our office and cannot be returned to your bank. We have sent a copy of

Enclosed please find a copy of Irrevocable Letter of Credit# 05-00-06 which was issued by your
institution on June 22, 2000.
The Board of Weld County Commissioners officially accepted the Irrevocable Letter of
Credit # 05-00-06 issued on behalf of Robert and Sharon Baumgartner, on July 31, 2000.
Please see enclosed resolution.
After a thorough search of our office we are unable to find the original document. Would you
please issue another Irrevocable Letter of Credit # 05-00-06 for our files.
