RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF SITE REVIEW, SHARP BROTHERS SEED COMPANY -
LOT 2, GEISERT INDUSTRIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Sharp Brothers Seed Company, c/o Gail Sharp, Healy,
Kansas 67850, has applied to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado for a Site. Review Approval concerning
Lot 2, Block 1, Geisert Industrial Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
approval of said Site Review to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Site Review of
Sharp Brothers Seed Company, c/o Gail Sharp, Healy, Kansas
67850, concerning Lot 2, Block 1, Geisert Industrial Planned
Unit Development be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.

RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Moved by Bob Ehrlich that the following resolution be introduced for
passage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the
application for a site plan review
covering the following described property in Weld County,
Colorado, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, Geisert Industrial P.U.D. , Weld County, Colorado
be recommended (favorably) Amy) to the Board of County
Commissioners for the following reasons:
1. The proposed development and use complies with the development
standards as set forth in the Geisert Industrial Planned Unit Develop-
ment for site plan review.
The proposed development has adequate on-site parking according
to Section 5.1 (5) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 2, Geisert Industrial Planned Unit Development
LOCATION: Northeast of the 5th Street and U.S. 85 Bypass junction
THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICE'S STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THIS REQUEST BE
approved FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. The proposed development and use complies with the development
standards as set forth in the Geisert Industrial Planned Unit
Development for site plan review.
- The proposed development has adequate on-site parking according
to Section 5.1 (5) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance.
- The proposed development has adequate access on East 4th
Street Road.
- The proposal shall meet the landscaping requirements of
Development Standard #6 of the Geisert Plat approved October
13, 1976, by the Board of County Commissioners.
- The County Engineer has reviewed the drainage plan and indicated
the overall conceptual scheme is adequate.
- The final grade of the lowest floor to be occupied will be
established above the one-hundred (100) year flood elevation
according to Development Standard #12 of the Geisert Industrial
Planned Unit Development final plat.
