RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Fisher and Kay Drake be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donna Bottenberg and Linda Winter be
appointed to said board to replace Edwin Lesh and Dr. Ronald Clark, respectively, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Fisher and Kay Drake to said
board, with terms to expire January 8, 2008, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Donna Bottenberg and Linda Winter
to said board, with terms to expire January 10, 2006 and January 8, 2008, respectively.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that William Fisher and Kay Drake be, and hereby are, reappointed to the North
Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees, with terms expiring January 8, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that Donna Bottenberg and Linda Winter be,
and hereby are, appointed to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees,with terms to
expire January 10, 2006 and January 8, 2008, respectively.
