RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF PAT PERSICHINO AS VETERANS SERVICE
OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 26-9-101 through 105, C.R.S., enumerate the
obligations, terms, and qualifications of County Veterans Service Officers, and
WHEREAS, Pat Persichino has been serving Weld County citizens as the Veterans
Service Officer since 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Pat Persichino to said position,
with his term to begin July 1, 2005, and end June 30, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Pat Persichino be, and hereby is, appointed the Weld County
Veterans Service Officer, with his term to expire June 30, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of June, A.D., 2005.
