RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Susan Knox be appointed to said board as the
law enforcement representative,to replace Tom Joaquin;and thatAmanda Mashin be appointed to
said board as the alternate law enforcement representative, to replace Susan Knox;
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Susan Knox and Amanda Mashin to
said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Susan Knox and Amanda Mashin, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D., 2005.
