Appendix E: Deeds and Legal Right to Enter Documents
The subject property consists of two parcels, one owned by Loveland Ready Mix
Concrete, Inc. and the other owned by Leon H. Croissant Family Trust (see attached
deeds showing ownership). Leon H. Croissant Family Trust has granted Loveland
Ready Mix permission to enter their property and extract sand and gravel via a Legal
Right to Enter (see attached document).
