RE: APPOINTMENT OF ALVINA. DERRERA AND REAPPOINTMENT OF DOROTHY
LOWRY AND DONALD WARDEN TO THE WELD COUNTY GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the ::Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Grievance
Committee due to the expiration of terms of certain members, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Alvina Derrera (elected
by the Human Resources employees) , Dorothy Lowry and Donald Warden
be appointed..and reappointed&to. said Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
the above mentioned people to the Grievance Committee for 2-year
terms to expire on March 1, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Dorothy Lowry and Donald
Warden be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Grievance Committee
for 2-year terms to expire on March 1, 1984 , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that Alvina Derrera be, and hereby is, appointed to the Grievance
Committee for a 2-year term to expire on March 1, 1984 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
July, A. D. , 1982, nunc pro tunc March 1, 1982.
