In regard to the referenced hearing before the Board,we request a contintance of the hearing
until June 15,2005. The reason for this request is that the Colorado Oil and Gasl Conservation
Commission has raised some issues with regard to injection pressures at the injection facility.

In regard to the referenced hearing before the Board, we request that the application be
withdrawn in its entirety. Our discussions with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation
Commission indicate that injection pressures to be allowed by the Commission would be
insufficient for a well drilled at that location.
