RESOLUTION
RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF ERNEST A. LOVATO FOR A
MOBILE HOME AS A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE IN ADDITION TO A
PRINCIPAL DWELLING FOR USE DURING A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TO BE
LOCATED ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 34 , TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,
RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Ernest Lovato has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for
use during a medical hardship, and which is to be occupied in
an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 23rd day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Ernest Lovato for a mobile home as a temporary
residence in addition to a principal dwelling for use during
a medical hardship on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 28 , Grandview Highland Estates , a subdivision
of Weld County, Colorado, more particularly
described as part of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 34 , Township 2 North, Range 68 West of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Ernest A. Lovato for permission to place a mobile home as a
temporary residence in addition to a principal dwelling for
use during a medical hardship on the above described parcel
of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of September, A.D. , 1981.
