RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH
LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DAVID M. VASQUEZ FOR VIOLATION OF THE
WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Building Inspections has informed
the Board of County Commissioners that David M. Vasquez is in
violation of the Weld County Building Code , and
WHEREAS, the property on which said violation is occurring
is described as Lot 1, Block 18 in the Town of Gill, and
WHEREAS, despite repeated requests , said violation has not
been corrected, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
necessary to bring legal action to correct said Building Code
violation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Thomas O. David, Weld
County Attorney, be, and hereby is, authorized to take appropriate
legal action against David M. Vasquez for violation of the Weld
County Building Code .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
August, �}A.�D. , 1980.

transferable.
Buildings must conform with plans, os submitted to the Department of Building Inspection. Any change of plans or layout must be
approved prior to the changes being mode.
Any change in the use or occupancy of a building or structure must be approved prior to proceeding with construction. Weld County is not
lioble for workmanship.
In the event construction is not commenced within 60 days of the issuance of this permit,then the some is automascolly void.'Cessation of
