RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0500338 AGAINST GARY SCHRIMPSCHER FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Gary Schrimpscher, VI#0500338, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 13th day of December, 2005, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Gary Schrimpscher was not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to bring legal action against those individuals named above to correct said violation. Subsequently,a building permit was again obtained in 1998 (BC-9800433), to not only cover the previously expired permit, but also to attach an addition of a second mobile home to the first mobile home. One (1) inspection was requested (which occurred on 10/12/98); however, again the permit was never completed or finaled. Therefore, the permit was expired. Therefore, a new building permit application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Building Inspections. Otherwise,ZPMH-2049 will be expired due to failure to complete the required conditions. > All visible vehicles shall maintain current license plates and be in running condition (all 4 tires, working battery, etc.) at all times or they shall be screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. This hearing will take place in our Hearing Room, located at 918 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. It is recommended that you or a representative be in attendance to answer any questions the Board of County Commissioners might have about the violations. Please also be advised that I will be taking video and/or pictures from the road or adjacent properties the business day before or as soon as possible to the above mentioned Violation Hearing date.
