SUBJECT: Recommended Revisions to USR-1526
Planning Staff recommends the following revisions to USR-1526:
Insert as Item 1.H and renumber: "The applicant shall attempt to address the recommendations
of the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority as stated in the referral received September 22,
2005. Evidence of such shall be submitted to the Department of Planning Services."
Insert as development standard # 29 and renumber: "Effective August 1, 2005 building permits
issued on the site will be required to adhere to the fee structure of the Capital Expansion Impact
fee and the 'Stormwater/drainage impact fee. (Ordinance 2005-8 Section 5-8-40)"
