The 2"d phase homes (already built) have literally been sitting vacant for 2-3 years and the 3rd and 4th phases have yet to be started 5. There are many home for sale in our development that are not selling, sellers can't sell for what they owe on the mortgage. 6. There are larger homes (by square footage) in our neighborhood that have sold for less than what you appraised my home for799999 7.
