USR Questionnaire
1. The property in it's current state is a 5 acre parcel with a 50X70 metal building on it and a small
loafing shed in the rear of the property. 80%of the property is irrigated pasture for which I run
some cattle on. I'm proposing to use the metal building for storage of miscellaneous mowers and
farm equipment for maintaining grounds,dry storage of 3 cars,a model train layout and the ability
to bring my excavating equipment home when it's not out on a jobsite or whenever need be.

I. There is no sewage disposal on this property at this time. If a bathroom is needed one is
available at our home next door on the 5 acre parcel to the east.

6. At present the north boundary(street side)is 220 L.F. of 3 rail wooden fence with 1 scrub and 1
tree near fence. The east boundary is 990 L.F. of barbed wire fence. The south boundary is 220
L.F.of barbed wire fence and a cluster of 8 to 10 trees along the fence line. The first 160 L.F. of
fence is 3 rail wooden fence with a tall windbreak of trees for the first 125 L.f. consisting of
ponderosa pines,junipers and lilac bushes on the west side. The last 830 L.F. of fence is barbed
wire with 1 Russian olive tree. The 50X70 building has fabric and rock up next to the building.
The area around the building is all driveway area for truck and trailer access. Concrete aprons are
to be installed in the future in front of all doors and extend out 25 L.F. The rest of the ground is
irrigated pasture grass and will be seeded and drilled before spring. Also in the future a home
maybe built between the shop and the road,at which time the front yard would be professionally
landscaped. Driveway areas are all road based at this time.
7. I do not feel we will need any reclamation work at this time.
8. The storm drainage will flow to irrigation ditches which will surround the area in question and
then the water will gravity feed across pasture. Area of 50X70 building roof is piped with 6"pipe
from downspouts to the pasture.
9. Site is constructed and pasture will be seeded and drilled before spring. Landscaping between
road and future house at a later date.
