HomeMy WebLinkAbout810709.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 99 - LeNEITA STAMP AND EARL AND BARBARA SOWERS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has previously approved Recorded Exemption No. 99 for LeNeita Stamp and Earl and Barbara Sowers on a parcel of land described as part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Town- ship 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colo- rado, and WHEREAS, on March 4 , 1981, the Board of County Commissioners approved a request by Ms. Stamp and Mr. and Mrs. Sowers for a subdivision exemption which created a 14 . 39-acre tract, and WHEREAS, the request to amend the Recorded Exemption is for the purpose of amending the boundaries of Recorded Exemption No. 99 to properly reflect the changes taking place in the ownership of the parcel, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has studied the request for an amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 99 and desires to approve the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 99 for LeNeita Stamp and Earl and Barbara Sowers be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of May, A.D. , 1981.
