RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BARBARA EURICH TO RETIREMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Retirement Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Barbara Eurich be appointed to said board as
the employee representative, to replace Richard Bauer, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Barbara Eurich to said board, with a
term to expire July 31, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Barbara Eurich be, and hereby is, appointed to the Retirement Board,with
a term to expire July 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of August, A.D., 2005.
