HomeMy WebLinkAbout820498.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 686 - RICHARD KANAWYER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 1st day of December, 1982, considered the re- quest of Richard Kanawyer for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occu- pied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Lot 6, Block 44, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Second Filing, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Richard Kanawyer for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi- nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted. Since it is too expensive to buy a home on a acreage, and since I already own a Mobile Home, I would like to move it to Lot 6, Block 44, 2nd Filing, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Ftl Lupton to my own 1 acre site. I am purchasing this acre and expect to take title on November 13, 1982. I have sufficient funds to install a septic system as required by Weld County and install public service power to the property. The water tap is already installed and in service on this acre.
