HERGENRETER WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 25th day of April , 1984 , considered the re- quest of Leonard A. Hergenreter to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling situated on a parcel less than one (1) acre, and to be occupied in an A - Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Part South 1/2 , Section 5, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions : 1) the applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty ( 30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commis- sioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that either the pro- posed well or the proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity, and depend- ability for the proposed use; 4) the mobile home shall be set back a minimum of fifty feet from the center of the Mead Lateral Ditch; 5) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 , 2, 3 , 4 , and 5 above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Leonard A. Hergenreter to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling situated on a parcel less than one (1) acre on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby 840754 tL L 1 Page 2 RE: ZPMH #856 - HERGENRETER is, granted subject to the conditions as listed above.
