RE: APPROVEACCEPTANCEOF DEED OF DEDICATION FOR WELD COUNTY ROAD106
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - BRUNELLO, LLC
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication for Weld County
Road 106 between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County,on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Brunello, LLC,
2229 Iroquois Drive, Fort Collins,Colorado 80525,commencing upon full execution,with terms and
conditions being as stated in said deed of dedication;said property being located in N1/2NW1/4 of
Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 66, West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed of dedication,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, conditional upon the
following:
1. An unqualified acceptance by the Public Works Department
indicating that the roadway for Weld County Road 106 has
been constructed in accordance with County Standards and
is suitable to be accepted for full maintenance by Weld
County.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the Deed of Dedication for Weld County Road 106 between the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,on
behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Brunello, LLC be, and hereby is, accepted,
conditional upon the above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said deed of dedication, upon completion of the above condition.

DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Brunello, LLC whose address is 2229 Iroquois Dr, Ft
Collins, CO 80525, being all of the owners of certain property in Weld County, Colorado, which is described in the
attached Exhibit "A", do hereby dedicate forever said property as parts of a public highway, pursuant to Colorado
Revised Statute 43-2-201(1)(a), free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except existing easements, and
warrants title to the same.
