RESOLUTION
RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION DATED MAY 7 , 1980 APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF GREELEY AND WELD COUNTY CONCERNING THE
WAIVER OF INSPECTION FEES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution approving an agree-
ment between the City of Greeley and Weld County concerning the
waiver of inspection fees, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been amended by the addition of
a new paragraph 7, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the resolu-
tion of May 7, 1980 approving said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution dated
May 7, 1980 approving an agreement between the City of Greeley
and Weld County concerning the waiver of inspection fees be,
and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
June, A.D. , 1980.
