FACILITY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ROBERT AND ESTHER
WIEDEMAN,C/O MARCUM MIDSTREAM 1995-2 BUSINESS TRUST, DBA CONQUEST
DISPOSAL SERVICE
A public hearing was conducted on May 11, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Chair
Commissioner M. J. Geile, Pro-Tern
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Robert D. Masden
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 22,2005,and duly published April 27,2005, in
the Fort Lupton Press,a public hearing was conducted to considerthe request of Robert and Esther
Wiedeman,c/o Marcum Midstream 1995-2 Business Trust,dba Conquest Disposal Service,for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1500 for an Oil and Gas
Support Facility (Class II oilfield waste disposal facility) in the A (Agricultural)Zone District. Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Kim Ogle, Department of
Planning Services, stated the applicant submitted a letter, marked Exhibit E, requesting a
continuance until June 15,2005,to allow them additional time to address issues with the Colorado
Oil and Gas Conservation Commission with regard to injection pressures at the injection facility.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Masden moved to continue the request of Robert and Esther Wiedeman, do
Marcum Midstream 1995-2 Business Trust, dba Conquest Disposal Service, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1500 for an Oil and Gas Support Facility
(Class II oilfield waste disposal facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to June 15, 2005,
at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Long. Mr. Morrison clarified the Clerk
to the Board does not send or publish a notice of a continuation unless directed to do so by the
Board. Chair Jerke determined there was no public in attendance concerning this matter,and the
Board concurred additional notice is not necessary.There being no further discussion,the motion
carried unanimously and the hearing was completed at 10:10 a.m.
