RE: APPROVE FEBRUARY 29 , 1984 , AS DATE SET FOR HEARING CONCERN-
ING PROPOSED NEW RAYMER-STONEHAM FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, in a public meeting held on the 30th day of January,
1984 , accepted a service plan to create a fire protection district
within Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desires to set the public hearing to consider the pro-
posed fire protection district for February 29 , 1984 , at 2 : 00
P.M. , to be held in the First Floor Hearing Room, Weld County
Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners will hear the
testimony of the owners of real property to be assessed for said
fire protection district and shall make a determination therefrom.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the public hearing to
consider said fire protection district will be held on February
29, 1984 , at 2 : 00 P.M. in the First Floor Hearing Room, Weld
County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
February, A.D. , 1984 .
