RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF WEED CONTROL ENFORCEMENT LIEN - MARILYN
ROBINSON AND JOHN RHOADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution on December 1,2003, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, approved the Certification of a Weed Enforcement Lien against Vera
Glendenning, and
WHEREAS, on December 14, 2004, the above described resolution was recorded with
the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Reception No. 3243762, constituting a lien against said
properties described as Parcel #130533000009, Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of said properties paid the entire amount of said lien on
February 2, 2004, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned
lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above referenced Weed Control Enforcement Lien against
Marilyn Robinson and John Rhoads be, and hereby is, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby
released from said property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
d,.mci.c*ollowing vote on the 23rd day of February, A.D., 2005.

Release Lien on landowner's weed control enforcement bills
The landowners listed below have paid their taxes in 2004/2005 which included the weed control enforcement bills
that were placed as a lien on their properties. The lien on each property must be officially released by the Board of
County Commissioners.
