Per Colorado Revised Statute, C.R.S.24-54.5-103, we are notifying you as the Mineral Estate
Owners of the property: 19663 Hwy I-76, Hudson, CO 80642 that we are pursuing a Use by
Special Review Permit to operate a Home Business: family operated wood chip and ag-related
products. No new permanent construction is proposed, a temporary cloth Quonset of
approximately 200 sq. ft. is proposed as part of our plan.
We are required to notify you 30 days prior to our meeting with the Weld County Planning
