The applicants for USR-1516, Herbert and Karen Legg have submitted the attached letter dated
September 9, 2005. The applicant have addressed 1.A and 1.6 of the staff comments
regarding a signage plan and a landscaping /screening plan that was required to be completed
prior to scheduling the Board of County Commissioners hearing.

Ms. Jacqueline Hatch:
There are no signs on our property under USR-1516. We do not intend to put up signs.
The landscaping will not be changed from the present reed grass on all open spaces and
mature trees that now exist on the property.
All fencing is currently shown on our Plot Maps and is 6' chain length.
