On another note, I was hoping to get the referral letters faxed to me soon so I can resolve some other issues. Here is my first stab at the comparison. I am changing Monica's notes to reflect the new way of determining our setbacks to the foundation wall and allowing appurtenances into the 2.5' zone. The dimensions she lists were measured to appurtenances that have been removed from the side yards since the Sketch Plan submittal. This way we have an apples to apples comparison. I have not listed the front/back setbacks as all models on SP and COZ meet the 20' requirement... now that the alleys are gone. Staff is requesting a comparison between setbacks, lot sizes, lot coverage, percentage of open space... in sketch vs. change of zone... between the sketch plan and the change of zone submittals. Basically outline what changes have occured in these areas. You can refer to the attached matrix as a baseline. Let me know if you have any questions. I went home last night and again reviewed the Resolution prepared for Board by the Clerk. I believe we still have some errors/inconsistencies. The revised No. 3 on page 12—(The plat shall be amended in include the following) Item D should be deleted as we no longer have any alleys on the property. We have submitted the alley section, but it no longer applies. If we show it, it could be confusing later. Sorry, we all missed this. The revised No.4(Change of Zone is conditional upon the following and that each shall be placed on the Change of Zone plat as notes prior to recording) on page 13 item a.—needs to also include the language regarding the height calculation, and the revised information on Page 4 item 3 (Chris' memo and the deck change that was made by the Board at the hearing) Can the clarification be made on the minutes? Other suggestions? I appreciate your help.
