RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR AMENDED SITE
PLAN REVIEW, SPR#209 -CANZONA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,on June 14,2005,Department of Planning Services staff conditionally approved
Amended Site Plan Review#209 for Thomas Canzona, 6268 West 10th Street, Unit A, Greeley,
Colorado 80634, for a Church on the following described real estate, to wit:
Part of the N1/2 NE1/4,Section 9,Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 22, 2005, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, approved an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for
Improvements(Private Road Maintenance)between the County of Weld,State of Colorado,by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,and Thomas Canzona with terms and
conditions being as stated in said agreement, and accepted a Personal Check drawn on the
Account of Thomas or Annabelle Canzona, in the amount of$1,800.00,which was deposited into
the Clerk to the Board Trust Fund, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the Board deems it advisable to release said
collateral.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the cash collateral in the amount of$1,800.00 be, and hereby is, canceled
and released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is,
directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.

The Weld County Departments of Public Works and Planning Services are requesting the
release of collateral for AMSPR-209. Site inspections have assured both Departments that all
items listed in the improvements agreement have been completed to our satisfaction.
Items covered under the Improvements Agreements include:
Parking lot striping $ 300.
Curb stops $ 300
Landscaping $ 1,200.
Total Estimated Cost of Improvements $ 1,800.

COLORADO SUBJECT: AmSPR-209, Ridge West Commercial Condos
On Thursday, September 22, 2005, I have done a field investigation to verify the transportation portion of Exhibit A
of the Improvements Agreement. The parking lot striping and curb stops have been installed to my satisfaction.
This meets the transportation requirement for the Improvements Agreement.
The front and side landscaping areas have been cleaned and the additional signs have been removed or relocated
to the back of the property.

Hello
