RE: APPROVAL TO TRANSFER LEGAL NEWSPAPER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of March, 1980 , the Board of
County Commissioners awarded the bid for the legal newspaper
to the Johnstown Breeze for a period from April 1, 1980 to
March 31, 1981, and
WHEREAS , the Johnstown Breeze is now under new ownership
and the Weld County Purchasing Agent has requested that the
Johnstown Breeze continue to be the legal newspaper under the
new ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that approval is hereby
given to allow the Johnstown Breeze, under its new ownership,
to continue to be the legal newspaper for Weld County Government.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
May, A.D. , 1980.
