RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Darrel Dilley be reappointed to said board as
a County representative, with a term expiring December 31, 2008, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Darrel Dilley be, and hereby is, appointed to the Greeley-Weld
County Airport Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
