RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 833 - ED JENNINGS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 22nd day of February, 1984 , considered the re-
quest of Ed Jennings to place one mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 6 , Block 23 , Aristocrat Ranchettes ,
Section 27 , Township 2 North, Rangy 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a sep-
tic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test
requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) the
trailer house shall be removed from the subject site; and 4) the
mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the appli-
cant has complied with Conditions 1 , 2 and 3 above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County , Colorado that the request of Ed Jennings
to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the
above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance
with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby
is , granted subject to the conditions as above listed.

the Board of County Commissioners on February 22, 1984 at 9:30 a.m. This
meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first
floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. It
is recommended that you and/or a representative be in attendance to answer any
questions the Board of County Commissioners members might have with respect to
your application.
Please make sure that the sign is posted on the property no later than
February 12, 1984.
The Department of Planning Services staff will make a recommendation
concerning this application to the Board of County Commissioners. It is the
