HomeMy WebLinkAbout840772 RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 833 - ED JENNINGS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 22nd day of February, 1984 , considered the re- quest of Ed Jennings to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 6 , Block 23 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , Section 27 , Township 2 North, Rangy 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a sep- tic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) the trailer house shall be removed from the subject site; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the appli- cant has complied with Conditions 1 , 2 and 3 above.
