RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 693 - DONALD L. SLOAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 12th day of January, 1983, considered the re-
quest of Donald L. Sloan to place an additional mobile home to
be used as an accessory to a farm use on the parcel of land,
which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the Ez SEa, Section 26, T2N, R64W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions : 1) applicant shall provide
information documenting an adequate water supply does exist;
and 2) applicant shall provide information documenting an
adequate means of sewage disposal dies exist. These conditions
must be satisfied before the issuance of any building permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colroado that the request of Donald
L. Sloan for permission to place an additional mobile home to
be used as an accessory to a farm use on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the
Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is ,
granted subject to the conditions above listed.
