From Peggy Gregory, Building Compliance Officer Department of Building Inspection COLORADO Subject: Legal Action Authorization The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the January 11,2005,hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Building Violation Cases: VI-0300203, Dean Vance and Debra Wirkner-Vance Chapter 23, Article Ill, Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F, 23-3-40.L Chapter 23, Article IV, Division 3, Sections 23-4-140 and 23-4-170 Chapter 29, Article VII, Section 29-7-10 The mobile homes shall be removed from the property, a Recorded Exemption application shall be submitted for one of the homes and the other removed, and the building permit shall have final approval. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases Continued: VI-0200131, Big R Manufacturing Chapter 23, Article 11(2), Division 3 of Sections 23-2-160 and 23-2-160.W and Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 4 of Sections 23-3-330 and 23-3-330.E of the Weld County Code. Failure to comply with SPR-188 or complete AmSPR-188. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0400260, Mr. & Mrs. Roger Hill Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. All commercial storage of vehicles and debris shall be removed or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Additionally, any remaining personal property considered to be part of a"Noncommercial Junkyard" shall be screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. The number of livestock shall be reduced to 4 (four) as allowed by the Weld County Code or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Additionally, both the mobile homes shall obtain all necessary temporary permits or be removed.
