Its has been building up for the last couple years. We are a farm equipment dealer located next to the property and sometimes there is so much junk piled up you can't tell where his land starts and ends. It makes our lot which is organized and clean look bad. On some occasions customers have asked why we have such a mess next door and how come we haven't done anything about it. Where is Your Property in Relation to the Alleged Violation: The property borders ours on the east and north side of our lot. Have You Discussed Your Concerns With the Property Occupant? Unable to find him. There is a phone number on the front of the building in the window but no luck with finding the owner. We sent him a letter but there was no response and no clean up after that in January 2003. If Not, Please Explain Why? Are You in a Subdivision Which has Covenants that Prohibit the Activity? No Have You Contacted the Homeowners Association? Select May we contact you?
