Re: Aerial photography agreement - Revision
The NFR MPO has agreed to cost share with Weld County in the acquisition of aerial
photography that covers the Weld County portion of the NFR MPO modeling boundary.
The NFR MPO agrees to pay $52,500 towards this project. The NFR MPO will receive
an electronic version (tiff and MrSid compressed area formats) of the aerial photography
for their use when the project is completed.
The Weld County will contract with Merrick, as the vendor selected through the Weld
County procurement process, for these services and serve as project managers for this
work effort. Weld County will invoice the NFR MPO no later than September 30, 2005
and include copies of the vendor invoices from Merrick as supporting documentation.
NFR MPO will pay the invoice directly to Weld County within 30 days of receipt.
